About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Supply Chain to lead and evolve our global supply chain operations. This role requires a highly capable leader with a proven track record in building, integrating, and managing complex supply chain structures across geographies. You will be instrumental in developing and aligning logistics, procurement, and S&OP, with strong ties between our operations in Brazil and the United States.

This is not a “keep the engine running” position, it's a role for someone who is ready to build, lead, and shape. You will drive structure where it’s needed, push for smarter processes, and bring the right KPIs to life from the ground up.

Key Responsabilities:

• Design and lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy, including logistics, procurement, and supply planning.
• Structure and optimize logistics operations, including freight, warehousing, and distribution.
• Implement best practices in procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and cost optimization.
• Lead cross-functional integration, working closely with commercial, operations, digital, and finance teams.
• Bridge and align operations between Brazil and the U.S., ensuring synergies and alignment in global practices.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track, measure, and continuously improve supply chain performance.
• Drive digitalization efforts, leveraging tools and technology for better supply chain visibility and control.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking for:

• Solid experience in supply chain leadership, preferably in multinational or industrial environments.
• Strong background in logistics, procurement, and cross-border operations.
• Experience building or restructuring supply chain functions, not just maintaining them.
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional and multicultural teams.
