About the Role:

The Process Manager - Finishing & Shipping plays a critical leadership role within our Paper Mill operations, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Finishing and Shipping department. This person ensures the team delivers safely, efficiently, and with high-quality standards, while also driving continuous improvement and employee engagement. The Process Manager will coordinate resources, resolve operational issues, and serve as a key liaison between production, logistics, and other functions within the facility.

What You’re Going to Do:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or logistics operations, including supervisory experience.

• Prior experience in finishing, shipping, or converting operations is strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP; familiarity with PI systems or other production data tools is a plus.

• Experience working in unionized environments is desirable.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
